How do I take part in the RIPPLE promo?

Buy a hat for yourself and we'll gift one to someone else for free.

Add two hats of your choice to your cart. At check-out find the "notes" section and indicate the following:

  • the hat you'd like sent
  • the recipient's shipping info
  • any note you'd like included
  • code RIPPLE

We'll take it from there.

Are RIPPLE EFFECT "gift" hats returnable?

No, hats sent as a gift, using code RIPPLE are not returnable under this promo code. If the recipient would like to exchange the hat, they are welcome to email us for exchange instructions. Shipping for these exchanges will be paid by customer.

What if I return a hat purchased with the RIPPLE promo code?

If a hat is returned purchased with the RIPPLE promo code, no monetary refund will be given. The returned hat will be treated as the "gifted" hat and will not be credited back to form of payment.

All returns of a "RIPPLE" hat will be paid for by the customer.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and territories. International shipping coming in 2026.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Order processing is 3-5 days plus shipping. Our guesstimate is about one week for delivery, plus or minus a couple days.

If you need an item in a rush, please don't hesitate to reach out. If we can acomodate you, we will. Expedited shipping charges could apply.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in re-sellable condition. Please visit the returns section of the site, or your customer account for return procedures. Or email us at hello@mussla.co for help.

Can I get my product personalized?

At this time, we are not personalizing product, but check back- 2027 is our goal!
