We want you to love your MUSSLA goods, but on the offhand chance you don't,  we'd like to make it right.

We offer returns for credit to original form of payment for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" OR "Vintage/One-Of-A-Kind" cannot be returned. 

Of course, we build in some extra days for transit time (we’re not monsters).

Customers are responsible for all return postage by either:

  • a) Purchasing a complimentary label during the return process
  • b) Receiving a return authorization and shipping via their preferred method. 

RIPPLE EFFECT

Hats purchased with the promo code: RIPPLE are not returnable.  To exchange a hat purchased with the RIPPLE code, please email us and we will facilitate the exchange.  All return shipping charges will be paid by customer.
