Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase from Mussla, let us know, we'd like to make it right. 

We accept unworn item(s) with the original tags attached for a refund to the original form of payment when shipped back within 14 days from order date — unless otherwise noted.  Items sold at a discount are final sale.  

For online returns, visit returns.mussla.co to submit your return or exchange and receive your return label. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.

Hats purchased with the RIPPLE promo code are not returnable.  To exchange a hat purchased with the RIPPLE code, email us through at hello@mussla.co and we will facilitate the exchange.  Either a pre-paid return label of $7.95 will be sent, or customer is responsible for return shipping.
